NORMAN, OK — Two Oklahoma City citizens are in the Cleveland County Detention Center suspected of the murder of Julian Ramirez Cazarez. The suspects are 23-year-old Antonio Cordell Mendoza and 24-year-old Sheila Renee Starr. They were taken into custody Saturday evening and were placed in the detention center without bond.
