Find the Best in Oklahoma City

Where To Live In Oklahoma?

My boyfriend and I are moving to OK in a few months. He will be attending Oklahoma City University in OK City and I will be attending UO in Norman. Is it better to live in the city or Norman? How long is the commute? Or, do you think it is best to live between the cities in Moore, OK?
Thanks in advance for any answers!

I would say Moore is a good spot also. OCU is in the heart of Oklahoma city and isnt in the most desirable area. You might look for something in Moore close to I-35 so you both can get on and off the highway to get to where you are going. If you do want to stay in Oklahoma CIty avoid the Southside, BUT there are some nice apartments off of Meridian near I-40 that I used to live in called WatersEdge. They might be well located. Good Luck!

Norman is expensive. Moore is up and coming right now so you may be able to find some deals. Also, they are quickly finishing the I-35 construction in Moore and OKC…they are only just beginning in Norman…YIKES. There are back ways into Norman from Moore, and you can avoid Norman’s high cost of living. Avoid the Crossroads area in South OKC.
